Chaos. Drama. Upheaval. Crisis. Disharmony.
Things are changing. Do you feel it?
Many families are struggling. Relationships are challenging. Illness – physical and mental – is increasing. Stock markets are volatile. Many political systems are in upheaval. Even our weather is weird.
People are in spiritual crisis – wondering “What is the point of all this?”
We are shifting frequencies. Shifting vibrations. It’s like changing the radio station.
The old one was focused on the individual. Creating stability, success, gathering knowledge, being in control…
The new one is focused on the group. Our connection with each other – in a bigger way.
We have always had this in our lives –sports teams, family connection, best friends, church groups, clubs – all those places where we connect with others of similar interests.
The new frequency is like shifting the focus from an am radio station to an fm radio station. The new frequency has a much farther reach.
This new radio station is connection to every one of us – as one human family.
The problem is – we have a foot in both worlds. Somebody is really messing with the dial!
It’s like having the am station and the fm station both playing different tunes at the same time.
They clash.
So we wobble back and forth. One moment we are listening to the am tune. And the next moment we are listening to the fm tune. Then they are both playing together and we are wishing for a moment of peace.
This wobble back and forth is the intensification of polarity right now. We are experiencing events like mass shootings. Then we allow a moment of deep inner connection by inhaling the fragrance of a rose.
We are seeing the deep, hidden inner shadow of humanity come up out of the darkness so we can view it. Full on. And we are seeing the glimpses of the brilliant light of humanity’s potential. Full on.
All at the same time. It’s a lot to take in.
This reminds me of a couple of my favorite quotes from the works of Carl Jung:
“To confront a person with his shadow is to show him his own light. Once one has experienced a few times what it is like to stand judgingly between the opposites, one begins to understand what is meant by the self. Anyone who perceives his shadow and his light simultaneously sees himself from two sides and thus gets in the middle.” Good and Evil in Analytical Psychology (1959). In Collected Works 10. Civilization in Transition, p. 872.
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” The Philosophical Tree (1945). In Collected Works 13: Alchemical Studies, p. 335.
So – how do we stand in the middle? How do we bring harmony to these two clashing radio stations?
It is one thing to do this for oneself – and this is essential work.
It is another to do this for all of humanity. To work with the collective CONSCIOUS instead of the collective UNCONSCIOUS.
Sound is one of the most powerful transformational and transmutational tools there is. And we are beginning to remember this.
Because we have a foot in both worlds – both radio stations – we can bring harmony to our individual selves – and to the whole family of humanity.
At the same time.
Until the old radio station – i.e. our world as we know it – transforms completely into the new radio station – i.e. the awakening of humanity’s consciousness – we need a foot in both worlds.
How can we use sound to bring harmony as we stand this way?
There are two invitations below that offer two ways to do this.
- Recently, I received an invitation from Cindy Johnston, shaman and author to collaborate with her to create a series of events to help people strengthen their connection to both worlds and to support their transition to the awakening energies that are bathing the world at this time.
to learn more about these events. - I am also creating a new recording that will be available over the next couple of weeks to strengthen people’s connection to a foot in both worlds – and the transition into an expanded consciousness. More info about this will be available in the next newsletter.
Stay tuned!
