Toning the Heart Chakra

Toning Moments use the sacred vowel sounds to heal and balance each chakra.

The heart chakra is the grand central station of the chakra system. It is a mediator between our physical existence (our everyday life – which is mediated by the first 3 chakras) and our spiritual existence (that is, what gets us up in the morning with passion or excited about our day – mediated by the 5th to 7th chakras).
