Can you feel it?

That inner restlessness? The tightness in your chest or the pressure in your life? You’re not imagining it.

the universe as a cocoonWe’re reaching the edge of the cocoon.

Back in May 2020, I wrote a blog called “Caterpillar Soup”, where I explored the profound transformation that happens inside a chrysalis. The caterpillar literally dissolves into a kind of primordial goo—before it re-forms into something entirely new. A being that can fly.

Here we are again. But this time, the cocoon is not just personal. It’s planetary.

Humanity is in a squeeze. And just like the butterfly, we are being prepared to fly into a very different way of being.

The Squeeze of Transformation

We are shifting—cell by cell, thought by thought—from a carbon-based existence to a crystalline one. What does that mean? It means your very biology is learning how to hold more light. It means you’re becoming a being of resonance, not just of matter.

This evolution isn’t just physical. It’s perceptual. We are moving from seeing the world in parts to perceiving the whole. From linear awareness to holographic vision. From fragmentation to unity.

But before we can soar, there’s chaos.

And it squeezes.

You might feel it in your relationships, your work, your body, your dreams, even in the patterns of thought you thought you’d already healed. Everything is being stirred, because everything is being reorganized.

It’s uncomfortable because you’ve outgrown the cocoon.

Are You Feeling the Pressure?

It’s a sacred sign. When every button is pushed, when every comfort zone feels like it’s shrinking—it means you’re ready to break through.

The caterpillar doesn’t get to keep its leaf-munching habits. And you don’t get to keep the old stories, roles, or beliefs that once defined you. They’re too small now.

It’s time to discover your wings.

At first, you might not even recognize them. Like the butterfly who emerges and waits for its wings to dry, you’ll need a period of rest, orientation, and wonder.

Because nothing will look the same from this new height.

Push Back—With Curiosity and Courage

If the cocoon is squeezing, it’s time to push back. Not with resistance, but with loving curiosity.

1. Investigate Your Hot Buttons

Get curious. Don’t run from the buttons. Ask them questions like a wise detective of your soul:

  • What is this reaction trying to protect?
  • Where did this belief begin?
  • What truth is buried underneath the pain?

These aren’t obstacles. They’re doorways. You’re ready for the answers.

2. Become the Observer of the Mind

Your mind is chatty. It will try to narrate your transformation with fear, doubt, and replayed loops from the past.

You are not that chatter.

You are the observer. The wise, steady presence behind the noise. Let that be your anchor. Watch the thoughts, but don’t become them.

3. Lean Into Community

We are not evolving alone. We are becoming something more… together.

Science—and your own heart—confirms it: we are deeply, intricately connected. Collective consciousness isn’t a theory. It’s your future.

But with that comes responsibility. What you think, what you say, what you do—it all echoes.

So find your people. Gather with those who are also stretching their wings. Because when you fly together, the sky feels more familiar.

4. Create and Maintain Strong Boundaries

This webinar is for you if you’re tired of being the emotional sponge for everyone else. We’ll explore why this happens, how to spot subtle boundary violations, and what you can do to stay balanced and energized—even around difficult people or environments. Because sometimes, it’s just not yours to carry.

The cocoon is no longer your home. It served its purpose. It kept you safe while you transformed. But now, it’s too tight. That pressure you feel? It’s the call of your wings, waiting for air.

You’re not who you were.
You’re becoming who you’re meant to be.

So breathe. Stretch. Let yourself rest, then rise.
