A Hot Mess

This year, 2024, is a year of massive evolutionary change for our human family. And this change is being triggered by just as massive outer chaos in our world and by our cosmos.

What is changing in your life? What is shifting? Have you checked in with the quiet voice in your heart recently?

We are being pushed. Hard.

In our outside world, more people are leaving their earthly form, more threat of war, more instability in our governments, increasing financial challenges, prices skyrocketing, more health challenges, more irritability.

Our planet’s magnetic field is shifting. Because each of is connected to this field, we are shifting with it too. Our sun is in a maximum activity cycle. The sunspots and flares facing earth affect everything, from electronics to your emotional body. Planets like Pluto, that represents breakdown, and Uranus, that represents big change, are highly active in our skies pushing these archetypes in our lives and our planetary systems even more.

So, what do we do with this hot mess?

The only thing we can do.

Touch your heart. And from there touch your soul. Then you are ready to be in whatever service you are called to do. This is where your power lies. And when you beam this heart into the world, you change the world.

In 2022, I created a soundtrack called, Nourish Your Heart, with the intention to support your heart with healing frequencies, nourishment and love.

Here are the sounds I used in the recording:

This recording has four main sections, each with a different intention.

Section 1 – The Washing Machine

This section is the wash, rinse and spin cycle of our energetic washing machine. Focus on releasing anything that is ready to go. You will hear each sound of the solfeggio frequencies repeated three times in the following order. If you like to work with the chakra system, you can use the suggestions for each frequency to create specific intentions for each chakra. These sounds are supported by the mountain stream and the 111Hz fork.

 

Section 2 – Grounding Light

In this section, the nine forks will be playing from the highest sound to the lowest sound. The intention for this section is to fill all the newly empty spaces with light.

Section 3 – Nourishing the Heart

You will hear the crystal bowl and the stream in this section. The intention of this section is to nourish the heart. Focus on breathing in and out of your heart with slow, gentle breaths.

Section 4 – Gentle Integration

In this section, you will hear the creek and gentle chimes. Continue to focus on slow, gentle breaths.
